Returns & Exchanges

At SINGULARU, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original SINGULARU box and secure it inside a padded envelope or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the items, we will process your refund or send your exchange within 7-10 business days using your original payment method.
